Option 1: Local Hosting Pricing

With this option you would buy a license to use Campground Manager - Astra and any optional modules to run locally on your own computer network. We require 50% of the total cost of the software to get us started configuring your system. The second half is due upon delivery of the software. Enrollment on a support is mandatory for the first year. Afterward it is optional, however, annual support includes telephone support, access to training videos, tech notices, all software updates, and your listing on

Option 2: SaaS Pricing (Cloud Based)

In Software as a Service mode, Campground Manager -Astra and your data are hosted online on our cloud server. You must have reliable high speed Internet at your park (dedicated to the office staff not shared with park customers) to qualify for this option. Our technicians will setup, maintain and backup your data daily as well as update your software as required.

You pay a one-time setup fee and then a monthly fee based on 36-month contract. A credit card must be provided for monthly billing. The Bronze Support package is included for each year of the contract. This includes 5 hours of telephone tech support per year. Please inquire if an upgraded support package is preferred.
